There are NO refunds once your order is placed, all sales are final. We can only change your order. We do not give cash refunds. Most items that are not in stock are custom and is to your liking and can not be restocked or resold. If your item has a defected problem on its own and its unwearable I will exchange it for a new one. We will not replace items you have broken. A full refund is only granted if merchandise does not work at all due to our end and upon approval.
For already completed jewelry i ship out 2-3 business after payment is made. I ship USPS priority mail 2-3 day after processing if ordered online, you will receive a confirmation email when your item has shipped with tracking included. I do have some exclusive designs that may take more then 3 days to process but you will be made well aware of that prior to ordering.
Once you place your order, a mold kit will be shipped in 1-3 days after payment is received, sometimes same day. Sometimes there may be delays on mold kits due to restocking reasons. Once we receive the molds back from you, we then complete the grill and will ship the grill 1-3 days after completion. We give 1-3 days of handling time because dealing with custom orders, it will give us time to carefully do a quality check and corrections if needed. Shipping Methods:

You will have a 6 month warranty on all items. Warranties are only redeemed on items that has malfunction on its own and not due to your mishandling. Payment Details
